Genband Moves HQ to Frisco's Hall Office Park

FRISCO, TX-GENBAND, Inc., a Plano-based telecom company has inked a deal to lease office space exceeding 50,000 square feet in Frisco's Hall Office Park to house its headquarters.

FRISCO, TX- GENBAND, Inc., a Plano-based telecom company, has inked a deal to lease office space exceeding 50,000 square feet in Frisco's Hall Office Park to house its headquarters.

This is one of the largest leases in five years for the purpose. The company stated that East Plano Parkway is important for its strategic expansion plans. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Hall Financial Group while the landlord was represented by CB Richard Ellis. For the full story, go to The Dallas Morning News.
