MOUNT VERNON, NY-On Aug. 12, Robert Dadarria, Sheriece McKenzie and Frank DeLeonardis had filed a petition asking the Supreme Court to annul Atlantic Development Group's large redevelopment project at Gramatan, Crary and North Third avenues, near Hartley Park.

The residents of the city argue that the Planning Board and City Council approved the project without looking at all impacts on the environment, economy and the community. The residents' attorney, Albert Pirro Jr. said that the redevelopment project would hurt the city. For the full story, go to Westchester Journal News.
