MOUNT VERNON, NY-On Aug. 12, Robert Dadarria, Sheriece McKenzieand Frank DeLeonardis had filed a petition asking the Supreme Courtto annul Atlantic Development Group's large redevelopment projectat Gramatan, Crary and North Third avenues, near Hartley Park.
The residents of the city argue that the Planning Board and CityCouncil approved the project without looking at all impacts on theenvironment, economy and the community.
