AUSTIN, TX-The Mortgage Bankers Association reported that 9.28% of Texas house owners made late payments in Q2 2010, the highest it has been since the last quarter of 2009.
In Q1 2010, the value stood at 8.77%.
Nearly 3.39% of home loans were reported to be in danger of foreclosure in Q2 2010, while foreclosed loans accounted for 0.7% in the same period. Nationwide, 1.11% of loans were reported foreclosed, while late payments accounted for 9.85% during the second quarter of 2010. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
