WALNUT CREEK, CA-Daryl Wizelman, former owner of United PacificMortgage and Mandalay Mortgage, has opened two new mortgage banksunder the RPM Mortgage Inc. franchise, a family-owned broker andmortgage bank headquartered in Walnut Creek.
