DALLAS-A group of 2,000 condos constructed near Lake Ray Hubbard, which failed to sell during the real estate collapse during 1980s, are up for sale now in the Interstate 30 corridor.
Westdale Asset Management, a Dallas-based private firm that owns the property, has hired Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services to get a buyer for the 10 apartment communities situated in Garland and Mesquite as well as for the 1,790 rental units.
