WALLINGFORD, CT- Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, a Connecticut-based healthcare insurance provider, has inked a 10-year lease for 218,000 square feet of space in an almost completed 300,000 square-foot office tower situated in The Campus at Greenhill in Wallingford, Connecticut.

Workstage-Connecticut LLC was the developer of the site and the asking rent was $22 per square foot. Anthem is planning to relocate its headquarters from North Haven to Wallingford within a year. For the full story, go to Office & Commercial Real Estate Magazine.
