IRVING, TX-FRAM Building Group, a Canadian Investor, and Lamar Hunt family-controlled Hunt Real Estate Partners LP have appointed Trademark Property Co. to assist them in developing a mixed-use project called the North Shore development in Northwest highway and Las Colinas Boulevard.

FRAM Building Group owns the asset in partnership with Hunt Real Estate Partners. The development includes a light rail station which will be erected on the 27-acre site close to the new convention center of Irving. For the full story, go to The Dallas Morning News.
