FULTON, MD-Colfax Corp., a Richmond-based manufacturer of fluid-handling equipments for gas and oil industry, has leased 7,400 square feet of office space in Fulton at 8170 Maple Lawn Blvd., a massive development in Howard County, to relocate its corporate headquarters.
Greenebaum and Rose Associates Inc. are constructing the 600-acre mixed-use development in phases, which includes homes, office and retail spaces. Colfax will shift its headquarters to the new location during January 2011. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal.
