BALTIMORE-Transamerica Life Insurance Co. has leased 140,500square feet of class A office space at the 35-story,530,000-square-foot office building at 100 Light St. in the CityCenter submarket of Baltimore for an undisclosed price.
The lease runs for 10 years and three months with two renewaloptions for additional five years. Transamerica will shift to thenew location by November 1, 2011.
