BALTIMORE-Transamerica Life Insurance Co. has leased 140,500 square feet of class A office space at the 35-story, 530,000-square-foot office building at 100 Light St. in the City Center submarket of Baltimore for an undisclosed price.
The lease runs for 10 years and three months with two renewal options for additional five years. Transamerica will shift to the new location by November 1, 2011.
