BALTIMORE-Bolton Partners Inc., a consulting firm, is planningto relocate its Baltimore headquarters to 100 Light St. inDecember. The firm will sublease about 15,000 square feet in thedowntown office tower, which housed Legg Mason till last year, fromRBC Capital Markets Corp.
