BALTIMORE-Bolton Partners Inc., a consulting firm, is planning to relocate its Baltimore headquarters to 100 Light St. in December. The firm will sublease about 15,000 square feet in the downtown office tower, which housed Legg Mason till last year, from RBC Capital Markets Corp.
The name of the office tower, which is currently 70% leased, will be changed to Transamerica Tower. Courtenay Jenkins of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun.
