PLANTATION, FL-Invesco Real Estate, an international realty investment firm, has acquired the 481-door Alexan Solero apartment community at 13500 N.W. Third St. in Plantation for $104 million from Trammell Crow Residential, which translates into $217,000 per unit.
The complex, which is located between Interstate 595, Interstate 75 and the Sawgrass Expressway, comprises townhouses and garden-design units with garages and is over 80% occupied.
