BALTIMORE-The Social Security Administration has signed a dealwith the US General Services Administration, which manages realtyfor government offices, to relocate its offices to 6100 Wabash Ave.development in Baltimore.
General Services has roped in Chevy Chase-based JBG Cos. todesign and construct the two-tower facility spanning 538,000 squarefeet with 1,076-vehicle parking garage on a 11-acre site.Construction cost for the facility is $38.83 per square foot and isexpected to be finished by 2014.
