FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Guarantee Insurance is expanding its officespace at the 408,079-square-foot Las Olas City Centre in FortLauderdale to 21,000 square feet by signing a lease for five years.The firm, which pays over $4.5 million for the lease, currentlyoccupies 7,000 square feet in the 23-story class A officetower.
