Guarantee Insurance Expands at Las Olas City Centre

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Guarantee Insurance is expanding its office at the 408,079-square-foot Las Olas City Centre in Fort Lauderdale to 21,000 square feet by signing a lease for five years.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Guarantee Insurance is expanding its office space at the 408,079-square-foot Las Olas City Centre in Fort Lauderdale to 21,000 square feet by signing a lease for five years. The firm, which pays over $4.5 million for the lease, currently occupies 7,000 square feet in the 23-story class A office tower.

Stiles Realty and Shorenstein Company are the joint owners of the tower. Stiles also manages the tower and its leasing. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
