NEW YORK CITY-City officials are planning to sell or lease a part of the Brooklyn Municipal Building located at the junction point of Court and Joralemon streets to retailers.
The city is reviewing plans from development firms and retailers for the conversion of the building into a shopping destination. The city officials have put up the 13-floor tower's ground floor and second floor totaling 37,000 square feet on the market. Department of Finance is currently using the floors.
