Rockwood and Mill Creek Join Forces to Create New Trust

DALLAS-Rockwood Capital and Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC have entered into a partnership agreement to order to jointly invest in multifamily property acquisitions, construction and development across the US.

Through the partnership, the Mill Creek Residential Trust will be created and will include an investment by Crow Holdings and Rockwood Capital of $200 million.
