NEW YORK CITY-Tara Stacom of Cushman & Wakefield has completed leasing deals totaling 128,150 square feet with various corporate tenants for the 1411 Broadway office tower.
The deals include the 35,160-square-foot leasing of Reich & Tang, a management company, and the 18,000-square-foot leasing of Eisner Lubin, an accounting firm. Terms of the deals were not revealed.
