BALTIMORE-Barton-Cotton has added another 40,000 square feet to its existing space at 3000 Waterview Ave., a 340,000-square-foot building in Westport. With this lease, Barton-Cotton's footpring at the Waterview Ave. building has reached 250,000 square feet.
The building is owned by Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corp. Barton-Cotton moved from Halethorpe to the Westport property in early 2010. Michael Roden with CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, while Lawrence Rief of Continental Realty represented the landlord in-house in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal.
