BUFFALO, NY-Jim Swiezy of Hager Lofts LLC and Paul Kolkmeyer of First Niagara Financial Group are planning to turn the Spaghetti Warehouse, a 43,000-square-foot building on Elm Street in downtown Buffalo, into a mixed-use development. The developers are working with the City of Buffalo and the Erie County Industrial Development Agency to convert the four-story building into a 2,700-square-foot commercial space and 36 apartments.
