DALLAS-CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. has been chosen as a leasing agent for 3100 Monticello, a Class A office building spanning 174,879 square feet near the Katy Trail in Dallas' Knox/Henderson area. Dallas-based Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management, which recently acquired the ownership of the property, has employed CB Richard Ellis to handle the leasing assignment for the nine-floor office building.
