
BALTIMORE-A newly established real estate group is planning to construct a retail center in Canton. BCP Investors LLC, an alliance that includes principals from Birchwood Capital Partners and Chesapeake Real Estate Group, is planning to start construction on the two-phase project in 2012 on a 31-acre parcel that it purchased from Exxon Mobil Corp.
BCP Investors will build a retail space measuring 275,000 square feet in the first phase and add another 100,000 square feet after Exxon entirely vacates the building. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun .
