BALTIMORE-EA Engineering, Science & Technology Inc. has signed a deal for a new headquarters at the Schilling Circle development in Hunt Valley. The company has signed a lease for 75,000 square feet at Schilling Green II development at 225 Schilling Circle.
The property is owned by Merritt Properties. The new project will be constructed as a LEED Platinum-certified structure. EA Engineering will relocate to the new facility in late August 2012. Financial details of the deal were not revealed. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
