NAPLES, FL-Investment Properties Corporation has brokered a new lease deal for an office space in Naples. The U.S. government has signed a lease for 12,215 square feet of office space at 2659 Professional Circle in Naples.

The Professional Circle office building is owned by Northbrooke Professional Village, LLC. The Investment Properties Corporation brokers, Clint L. Sherwood and Craig D. Timmins, handled the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
