CAMBRIDGE, MA-Pfizer Inc. will occupy a new research and development facility in Cambridge and will transport 400 research jobs there. The company has signed a lease deal for 10 years with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for over 180,000 square feet of space at 610 Main Street South in Kendall Square.
