WASHINGTON, DC-Capital Properties has obtained $93 million in refinancing for Vaughan Place at McLean Gardens, a mixed-use apartment complex consisting of 389 residences at 3401 W. 38th St., in Washington, DC. Walker & Dunlop Inc. provided the loan for the complex through its affiliate, Walker & Dunlop LLC.
