LAWRENCE, KS-A development group based in Lawrence is planning to construct a six-story complex in downtown Lawrence. The complex will include TownePlace by Marriott, an 81-room hotel, 36 apartments and a restaurant.
The extended-stay hotel will take the top three floors of the building, the second and third floors will be filled with apartments and the ground floor will house an eatery and wine bar. The deal is yet to be decided with business partners. For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal .
