
BURLINGTON, MA-After three years of respite, work has finally started on a $500-million Northwest Park redevelopment in Burlington. Burlington-based Nordblom Co., the proprietor of the 285-acre office park, is planning to make a Kendall Square-like campus on the site.
Nordblom has plans to construct 300 rental units, 600,000 square feet of retail space, 2 million square feet of office space and a boutique hotel.
