CORAL GABLES, FL-Flagler Real Estate Services LLC (FRES), a member of Flagler, has negotiated an industrial lease in Miami. Telemundo Television Studios, LLC, a Spanish-language network giant, has leased 35,804 square feet at Pitts Building and Yard at 7370 NW 43 St.

Telemundo has signed the three-and-half month lease with Pitts Engine and Transmission. Cary Cohen of FRES negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
