LEICESTER, UK-Joint developers Peveril Securities and Rokeby Developments have completed construction of a mixed-use retail and leisure project in Derbyshire. The Pipeworks in Swadlincote spans 112,000 square feet.

Home Bargains has leased 13,150 square feet of retail space at the development for 15 years and Pound World has leased 9,000 square feet at the retail park for 10 years. Other occupiers include Aldi, Argos, Greene King's Hungry Horse, Iceland, Peacocks and Store 21. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
