
HOUSTON-Dallas-based GVM Hotel Partners, a joint venture of affiliates of Varro Hospitality, Muse Family Office and Gatehouse Capital, has acquired two Marriott hotels in Houston as part of a $30-million deal. The joint venture has bought five TownPlace Suites by Marriott hotels from Inland American Hotel Group.
The two Houston hotels included in the deal are the 94-room property in the Clear Lake area at 1050 Bay Area Boulevard and the 128-room property at 11040 Louetta. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
