New 45,600-SF Publix Completed at Park View Commons

OCALA, FL-Deerfield Beach-based SIKON Construction has completed the new Publix store measuring 45,600 square feet in Park View Commons, a 70,600-square-foot center at SE 24th Street and 3035 Maricamp Road (SR 464) in Ocala. The company has completed the project under its $7-million agreement with KSH Parkview Commons, LLC.

The Park View Commons center was modeled by api(+), Tampa, and SIKON is adding another 25,000 square feet of retail space there. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
