FORT MYERS, FL-CB Richard Ellis has brokered a lease renewal deal for an industrial space in Fort Myers. Cintas Corporation has renewed its lease for the industrial space measuring 19,065 square feet in Building IV at 12650 Westlinks Drive.

The property is owned by Westgate Associates of SW Florida, LLC. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Stan Stouder and Tim Schneider, while the landlord was represented by McGarvey Development's Matt Price. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
