NEW YORK CITY-Think Pink Spa is opening its fourth Manhattan outpost in the Lower East Side neighborhood. The high-end salon has leased 2,640 square feet of space at 188 Ludlow St. situated between East Houston and Stanton streets.
Edison Properties is the owner of the Ludlow Street property. The asking rent for the basement and ground-floor space was $115 per square foot.
