STUTTGART, GERMANY-Hines, an international real estate firm, has closed a lease deal for an office space in Stuttgart.

STUTTGART, GERMANY-Hines, an international real estate firm, has closed a lease deal for an office space in Stuttgart. The federal state of Baden-Wurttemberg has inked a long-term lease for 151,000 square feet of space in Postquartier, an 11-story, 285,243-square-foot office building situated on the corner of Thouretstrasse and Kronenstrasse.

Hines Germany is currently redeveloping the property. The project will be completed in early 2012. The Hines European Value Added Fund is the owner of Postquartier. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
