BALTIMORE-Cushman & Wakefield has secured a nearly one-million-square foot listing here from Bernstein Management. The portfolio is a mix of 11 office, flex and industrial properties that are 33.6% vacant, C&W’s Karen Cherry tells GlobeSt.com. “This is among the larger assignments we have gotten this year,” Cherry says.

Asking rates for the properties vary significantly, for obvious reasons, as each building and its use are very different, she adds. Prior to this, Bernstein had been handling the leasing itself.
The portfolio consists of two industrial buildings totaling 120,583 square feet, which are located 7190 and 7194 Oakland Mills Rd. in Columbia. There are also seven office/flex buildings in the Columbia Gateway Corporate Park, Corridor Business Park and Route 100 Industrial Park, located at 7160 Columbia Gateway Dr., 7125 and 7115 Thomas Edison Dr., 6625 Selnick Dr. in Columbia and 8510, 8520 and 8530 Corridor Rd. in Savage.

Finally, there are two buildings in Downtown Baltimore. These area 1100 Wicomico St., a 350,000 square foot multi-story office, flex and light manufacturing building in the Carroll/Camden Industrial Park of the Baltimore Southwest submarket and One Market Center, a 230,000 square foot office at 300 West Lexington St. in West Baltimore.

Besides Cherry, C&W’s Richard Thomas, Hayes Merkert and Danielle Schline will lease the office and flex buildings. Michael Elardo is handling the industrial properties.
