WINTER PARK, FL-Orlando-based McCree General Contractors Inc. has broken ground on an addition to the Winter Park Towers, a 42-acre retirement community situated on South Lakemont Drive in Winter Park. The new addition costs between $18 million and $20 million.
McCree is adding Loch Berry, a residential complex measuring 90,000 square feet, to the retirement community. The company is the general contractor for the 54-unit apartment complex and construction manager for the 382-space parking garage. The project will be completed in November 2012.
