MAPLE GROVE, MN-Black Box Corp.'s subsidiary has leased an 80,000-square-foot space to be built as an attachment to a building located at 11601 93rd Ave. N. in Maple Grove. Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is the owner of the 175,000-square-foot building. According to Maple Grove's city administrator, the estimated cost of the new addition will be $3.5-4 million. Construction is anticipated to begin immediately.
