ALEXANDRIA, VA-DCmud has reported that demolition work has started at 800 N. Henry St. in Alexandria. Trammell Crow Co. and Equity Residential are converting the 800 N. Henry St. site into a two-building apartment complex.
The Madison complex will have 360 apartment units, about 9,700 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and 45,280 square feet of open space.
