HOUSTON-GE Oil & Gas has inked a deal to lease the entire office space at Westway III, an 182,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 4425 Westway Blvd in Houston.

HOUSTON-GE Oil & Gas has inked a deal to lease the entire office space at Westway III, an 182,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 4425 Westway Blvd in Houston. Principal Real Estate Investors is the owner of the property. GE has expanded its current lease at Westway II located at 4424 West Sam Houston Parkway North to over 130,000 square feet by leasing an additional 50,000 square feet.
