MIAMI-Empire Investment Holdings is expanding its main office at Waterford at Blue Lagoon, a 2.5-million-square-foot office park situated near Miami International Airport. The investment firm has inked a long-term lease deal for 11,000 square feet at 1000 Waterford Way.
The company will move from 703 Waterford Way to 1000 Waterford Way by March 2012. Bob Orban with Studley represented the tenant, and Steve Smith from the Hogan Group represented TIAA-CREF, the landlord, in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
