NEW YORK CITY-IBISWorld Inc. has leased 16,200 square feet of space at the Trump Building located at 40 Wall St. for 10 years. The industry research company will occupy half of the 15th-floor space at the 70-story tower.
Asking rent was $35 per square foot. The skyscraper is owned by the Trump Organization. Christopher Marx and Marc Shapses of Studley represented the tenant, while Bradley Gerla of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
