JACKSONVILLE, FL-King Industrial Realty of Florida/CORFAC International has negotiated an industrial lease in Jacksonville. IEM, an independent full-line manufacturer of electrical distribution and power quality equipment in the US, has signed a multi-year lease with Exeter Property Group for 86,000 square feet of space at 11902 Central Parkway.

In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Grubb & Ellis | Phoenix Realty Group, and the landlord was represented by Jeff Graham from King Industrial Realty of Florida/CORFAC International. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
