NEW YORK CITY-John Lobb, a high-end men's shoe store, and Cesare Attolini, a custom suit maker, will relocate into 798-800 Madison Ave. at the northeast corner of East 67th Street. The Parkoff Organization employed Brad Siderow with The Siderow Organization to fill the duplex store space.
