NEW YORK CITY-The Burlington Coat Factory has inked an agreement to lease 74,000 square feet at the Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market, a shopping center located close to Yankee Stadium in The Bronx. At the leased space, the retailer will house its first store in The Bronx.
In the transaction, Ripco Real Estate's John Hanlon and Peter Ripka negotiated on behalf of the owner, Related Retail, while the tenant was represented by CNS Real Estate's Cliff Simon. For the full story, go to New York Post .
