Erie Community College Trustees Approve Student Housing Project

ORCHARD PARK, NY-The board of trustees of Erie Community College has approved a student-housing proposal submitted by the consortium of Regent Development Co., Matrix Development Co. and Sinatra & Co. As per the proposal, a three-story apartment complex comprising 120 units will be built on four-acre site along Southwestern Boulevard.

The Town of Orchard Park is yet to approve the $16 million project that will serve the students joined in the Orchard Park campus of the college. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
