HIGH POINT, NC-Global Furniture USA, a wholesaler based in New Jersey, has inked a lease for 25,000 square feet of retail space at Furniture Plaza located at the forthcoming High Point Market. Terms of the lease were not revealed. Furniture Plaza's owner is International Market Centers (IMC) who bought it in a deal worth $1 billion.
