DALLAS-KBS Realty Advisors will spend $2 million to renovate two lobbies in Providence Towers, a Class A office property measuring 515,372 square feet at 5001 Spring Valley Road situated off the Dallas North Tollway. The company will also develop upscale vestibules in the parking structure and enhance signage all over the property.
The renovation work is being handled by Dallas-based Turner Construction. KBS Realty purchased the building in May 2009. The lobbies will be opened in January 2012. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
