INDIANAPOLIS-The Near-Westside warehouse, which housed J. Solotken & Co.'s metal recycling operation, will be converted into apartments. John Watson of Core Redevelopment will invest $10.5 million to furnish the four-story building at 101 S. Harding St. with over 125 apartment lofts.
The project, Harding Street Lofts, will come up on the west side of the White River near Downtown. Renovation work has already started and it will be completed by August. Watson purchased the building and a 4.5-acre site earlier this month. For the full story, go to Indy Star .
